Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind until the delivery is confirmed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
